PROCESSING
Once we receive your order please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing (excluding weekends and National Holidays). All orders are subject to processing time that is SEPERATE from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled. After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number immediately. Please note, your tracking number will be updated once USOS has received and successfully processed through their system.

PURCHASING
Keep in mind we cannot guarantee we have the items in your shopping cart in stock. For this reason, if an item sells out, you will be contacted via phone and email about your missing item which will be eligible for refund. After 7 days of no response a store credit will be given to the customer for use at any time. LWP offers the following shipping methods:
USPS First Class 5-7 business days
USPS Priority 2-3 business days

SHIPPING
Yes, we ship worldwide!! Please allow 5-7 business days for domestic shipping and for International additional 7-21 days. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes ALL relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, building numbers, and apartment numbers is very critical for ensuring timely deliveries. LWP is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left LWP Office, and in the hands of the post office we have NO control over the package.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Our return policy lasts 7 days after order is received. Returns/exchanges are not processed until we receive the return/exchange item at our office. Please email us and we will be glad to assist you. Once a return label has been issued, the item must be brought to USPS within 14 days (excluding weekends and National Holidays) of being issued the return label. Items are only exchangeable if unworn, in good condition, and with original tags/packaging. If an item does not work out for you, the item can ONLY be exchanged for store credit that can be used towards future orders.
